Mullingar Team 9 – Celebrates 30 years

Warm congratulations to Martín & Antoinette, Mike & Bronwyn, Stephen & Mary, Jo, Maura and Fr. Joe, from Mullingar Team 9, who all recently marked their 30^th anniversary as members of Teams of Our Lady.

They got together on 13^th June 2026 to celebrate the wonderful occasion. The gathering included the celebration of Mass by Fr. Joe – who has been their spiritual counsellor since the team’s formation.

Three candles were commissioned for the celebrations. The first was designed to commemorate the thirty years and will be used at all of their future Teams’ meetings. The other two candles were to commemorate deceased members, Jimmy Halligan and Kevin Geraghty.

The remainder of the celebrations included a very enjoyable meal during which they reflected on thirty years together, remembering how they have shared births, deaths and marriages, and built up a wonderful togetherness which they pray will continue for many more years.
