23 Sep TANDEM Program Info Night
Last Thursday 18th September in Rathmines Parish Centre we met with 8 beautiful young couples. It was a feast for the eyes and for the spirit! The occasion was the presentation of the Tandem program, a program proposed by Teams of Our Lady specifically for young married or engaged couples.
After introducing Tandem and Teams of Our Lady to our young audience, we dived into a lovely icebreaking activity in order to get to know each other: each couple was invited to draw and explain their very unique “couple crest” displaying the symbols that represent them, their values and interests, priorities and story. They were very creative and talented; they surely managed to wow us! It was touching and also very fun to hear their personal stories.
And by the way, for the lovers of statistics – and multiculturalism! We were 20 people encompassing 7 different nationalities and languages!
After sharing our personal journey to this evening, we also shared some delicious food! It has been an enriching evening, from both a spiritual and relational point of view. We left our young couples after 3 hours, uplifted and recharged by the inner light of these young people. We can’t wait to start our journey together in Tandem!
